Modular invariants for affine SU(3){\^{\ }} theories at prime heights (Q2639159)

This paper is a contribution to the programme of classifying modular invariant partition functions in conformal field theories. Among the theories associated to affine Lie algebras, the answer is known for \(A_ n^{(1)}\) at level 1, and for \(A_ 1^{(1)}\) at arbitrary level. The authors show that, for \(A_ 2^{(1)}\) at level p-3, with p prime, there are exactly two modular invariant partition functions.
