Algorithms for hierarchical power (Q2639783)

A concept of hierarchical power is developed. In fact it means mainly information asymmetry (e.g. the first player knows the choice of the other while the second does not). It is shown that such asymmetry tends to stabilize cooperative behaviour in many noncooperative situations. Some computational methods connected with the conception of HP are given (based on iterative re-calculation of matrices). Some applications are considered.
