The author studies the Schrödinger operator \[ H=\partial^ 2/\partial z\partial \bar z+A\partial /\partial z+V \] with a finite-zone potential \(V\). Similar results have been obtained, by different methods, by \textit{I. M. Krichever} [Russ. Math. Surv. 44, No. 2, 145--225 (1989); translation from Usp. Mat. Nauk 44, No. 2(266), 121--184 (1989; Zbl 0699.35188)].
