This paper generalizes a result of \textit{V. V. Kravchenko} and the author [Math. Methods Appl. Sci. 33, No. 4, 459--468 (2010; Zbl 1202.34060)], for the case \(d=1\), to the multiparameter problem \[ (py')'+qy=(\sum_{i=1}^d \lambda _ir_i)y, \] and illustrates the use of the result for computing numerical solutions.
