A system of chemotaxis with attraction-repulsion interactions and logistic source is coupled with the Navier-Stokes system. Global-in-time existence of solutions in three-dimensional domains is studied in functional spaces of Besov type modelled on Morrey spaces. Compared to the simplest Keller-Segel-Navier-Stokes system some new difficulties related to poor scaling properties of the system studied appear.
