In the present manuscript presents the that importance of artificial intelligence (AI) and algebraic topology (AT). And also it offer an accurate and efficient alternative to the experimental determination of viral infectivity. The work of the paper is good. This field also has a wide applications and new way of approach. However, there are some comments to improve the quality of the paper which are given as follows: \begin{itemize} \item[1.] In the beginning, the author should give more background works in details about advantages of your problem. \item[2.] The author should explain why the results obtained in this work are more general than the existing one. \item[3.] After all, it maybe helpful to add a few remarks to explain the effectiveness. \end{itemize}
