In this paper, the homogeneous polynomially membership functions dependent switching and generalized outer variables have been proposed to get better \(H^\infty\) performance. This method can be applied to problems such as fuzzy filtering design, fuzzy observer design and fuzzy systems with time delay. The final example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
