The authors prove the polynomiality of the cycle valued twisted Gromov-Witten invariants for root of orbifold line bundles. They produce a formula for DR-cycles with orbifold targets. The authors apply their results to study the relation between relative and absolute orbifold Gromov-Witten invariants.
