The authors propose an eco-epidemiological system with two-predator-one-prey that tales into account fear effect, prey refuge and impact of spatial diffusion on the stability of the system. They discuss the conditions for the existence of all equilibrium points with biological meanings in a non-spatial system, obtain local stability conditions for all equilibrium points and show that the deterministic system is bistable. They use Kolmogorov's analysis to study the occurrence of limit cycles and chaos. In the spatial diffusion system, they deduce the local stability conditions of the diffusion system and obtain the occurrence conditions of Turing instability. Numerical simulations are given to explain the phenomena and to understand the complex predator-prey interactions.
