The authors introduce and study \(K\)-frames for Krein spaces. A necessary condition, a sufficient condition, and a necessary and sufficient condition for \(K\)-frames and \(K\)-dual Bessel sequence for Krein spaces are obtained. Moreover, they give some results for \(K\)-frames in Krein spaces arising from a non-regular \(W\)-metric.
