This work addressed the Boltzmann equation on a torus in the hydrodynamic Navier-Stokes limit motivated by the consideration of the system in the approximation of small Knudsen numbers. The principal idea operates with the Cauchy problem in the perturbative regime around the fluctuation of a global Maxwellian. Estimates for properties of the external operator and the Boltzmann operator are provided.
