    The study is dedicated to an optimal control problem for the stationary Navier-Stokes equation with a constraint on the state and on the control. Under some special assumptions, necessary first-order optimality conditions are derived. Classical methods and results in variational calculus and functional analysis are used. Second-order necessary optimality conditions are obtained, too, as an application of a result published in the article: [\textit{B. T. Kien} et al., J. Optim. Theory Appl. 165, No. 1, 30--61 (2015; Zbl 1318.49039)].
