The purpose of this paper is to present a class of history dependent Nash equilibria under the assumption that up to any instant each player observes the controls chosen by his opponent. Each player being able to observe whether or not his opponent complies with the pattern, threates to punish the opponent in the case that he does not comply. A complete theoretical background has been presented. It is a theory oriented paper.
