The paper is devoted to the so-called Plane Fixed Point Problem, i.e., to the property of maps of 2-dimensional sets to have fixed point property. The main result is the theorem that every smooth map with non-negative Jacobian and isolated singularities of a planar domain has a fixed point in every invariant continuum that does not separate the plane.
