A connected Hausdorff space \(Y\) is said to be H-connected if any proper local homeomorphism \(f:X\to Y\) from a connected Hausdorff space \(X\) onto \(Y\) is a (global) homeomorphism. It is shown that the limit space of an inverse sequence of H-connected metric continua with open onto bonding mappings is H-connected.
