The paper contains a short introduction to the fundamentals of stochastic spectral analysis. Feller operators are introduced as generators of Feller semigroups. Two kind of perturbations of the free Feller operators are considered: Kato-like perturbations and singular perturbations due to obstacles of finite capacity.
