The paper deals with the local differential geometry and kinematics of a one-parameter set \(S(t)\) of surfaces depending on an invariant parameter \(t\). \(S(t)\) is considered as a three-dimensional Euclidean space, stratified by a one-parameter family of invariant surfaces. The author obtains their determining differential equations and formulas for their main invariants.
