The monograph is a contribution to investigation of hybrid systems extrating knowledge from inexact data. The authors propose a hybrid system called compensatory genetic fuzzy neural network, which is learn fuzzy rules from either crisp or fuzzy data. Capabilities of the proposed model are tested on several benchmark examples and illustrated by applications to fuzzy games and pattern regocnition.
