The author studies properties of a parabolic potential of volume masses and its first-order derivatives with respect to space variables. As application she got estimates (in Hölder classes) for a solution of the first boundary value problem for a parabolic equation whose right-hand side is unbounded in a neighbourhood of the lateral boundary for a noncylindrical domain with a nonsmooth (with respect to the time) lateral boundary.
