The author deals with the linear delay differential system NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\dot x(t)= e^t B(t) x(t-\sigma),NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \(\sigma> 0\) is a constant and \(B\) is a continuous \(\sigma\)-periodic \(m\times m\)-matrix function on \([t_0,\infty)\). The main result shows that under the above hypotheses, the zero solution is unstable.
