In this paper, the authors construct a new (regular) spacetime of a rotating black-hole surrounded by an axially symmetric distribution of matter. They use a method by Belinskij and Zakharov from (inverse scattering) atomic physics, called ``adding a soliton''. In spheroidal coordinates of the Boyer-Lindquist type, this spacetime generalizes the Kerr-NUT solution. Properties of this new solution are studies, especially those related with the horizon.
