The purpose of the paper is to show explicitly a solution of the renormalization group equations in the framework of the non-critical string theory for the pure Yang-Mills theory. The author finds several interesting solutions which are classified by the value of tachyon potential at vacuum. For two typical, asymptotic free solutions he obtains the quark-cofinement potential from the Wilson loop.
