This paper deals with the interpolating sequences of the set of nontrivial points in the maximal ideal space of the Banach algebra of bounded analytic functions on the open unit disc. The central theorem generalizes the main result of \textit{K. Izuchi} [J. Math. Soc. Jap. 43, No. 4, 721-731 (1991; Zbl 0754.46037)].
