A nonlocal boundary value problem for a class of nonlinear equations of mixed type (English)
0 references
A nonlocal boundary value problem (BVP) for a class of linear (semilinear) equations of mixed type is considered in a bounded cylindrical domain. The author proves existence and uniqueness results for the weak solution in appropriate Sobolev type spaces, assuming the BVP to be linear. To do this Schauder's fixed point theorem is applied.
