A theorem of \textit{P. Hill} [Ill. J. Math. 13, 281-290 (1969; Zbl 0177.04201)] states that any isotype subgroup with countable length of a totally projective Abelian \(p\)-group is totally projective. In this note the author gives a new proof of the theorem of Hill based on his results [in Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 125, No. 9, 2559-2564 (1997; Zbl 0886.16024)].
