Stability of linear difference systems (English)

This paper is devoted to discuss the stability of the zero solution for the linear difference systems with singular coefficient matrix (the so-called singular systems). By the definition of the good singular system and its adjoint system, the authors establish the criterion for the equivalence of stability of the zero solution of these two systems. It is also pointed out that the adjoint system of a good singular system is a nonsingular system and the stability criteria of the zero solution can be obtained by the well-known results. Some examples, which dwell upon the importance of the obtained results, are also offered.
