The robust stability of singular systems of the form NEWLINE\[NEWLINEEx(k+1)= Ax(k)+ \sum^n_{i=1} B_i x(k-i)\tag{1}NEWLINE\]NEWLINE is studied and a computationally simple procedure to test the robust stability is given. The condition is independent of the delays and is based on the generalized characteristic equation of (1).
