Local bi-Lipschitz classification of \(2\)-dimensional semialgebraic sets (English)
0 references
The author presents the classification of 2-dimensional semialgebraic and subanalytic singularities from the bi-Lipschitz viewpoint. An important bi-Lipschitz invariant defined by the author is so-called canonical Hölder complex. The principal part of the paper is section 8, where the classification theorem is proved.
