Convergence of pseudocontractions and applications to two-stage and asynchronous multisplitting for singular M-matrices (English)
0 references
This paper is concerned with pseudocontractions which are generalization of paracontractions in the linear case and their applications in studying the convergence of the nonstationary iterative methods for systems of linear equations with coefficent matrices which are singular M-matrices. The convergence of two nonstationary parallel iterations: two-stage multisplitting iterations and asynchronous multisplitting iterations for singular M-matrices, without other contractivity conditions on the iteration matrices is analyzed.
