A least squares method for solving biharmonic problems (English)
0 references
This paper introduces a least squares technique for solving 2D biharmonic problems in \(H^1(S)\) with test and trial functions. The problem is designed with a solid mathematical foundation with a number of theorems which prove its optimal convergence. Finally, a number of experiments are illustrated for validation.
