Using the local Haar condition and other conditions, Bartelt and Henry's continuity theorem of the strong unicity constant in linear uniform approximation is generalized to include the local nonlinear uniform approximation for the local strong unicity constant. Meanwhile, the Bartelt's continuity theorem for the strong unicity constant with respect to the approximated function is also generalized.
