The Cauchy problem of the three-dimensional Wigner-Poisson equations (English)

The author studies the Cauchy problem for the 3-dimensional Wigner-Poisson system. The problem is reduced to an equivalent problem for the Schrödinger-Poisson system. By using an approximation method as well as a priori estimate the author proves existence, uniqueness of a solution to the Cauchy problem, and convergence of approximate solutions.
