The robustness of control system and Gödel's ``incompleteness theorem'' (English)

The great Gödel is invoked as indicated in the title. Not indicated though are the great Euclid (equivalently, Lobachevsky), and the great Newton (or Einstein, and Heisenberg-Schrödinger-Dirac). Of course some new synthesis approach for control design are ``proposed'' (i.e.\ mentioned). For example, the nonlinear PID controller, and the necessity of the extension of the existing concepts such as adaptivity and robustness is emphasized. To a layman or citizen, keywords such as \text{system} and \text{control} mean the deepness and abstraction of the discipline of system control. Similarly the keywords \text{robustness} and \text{feedback} are equivalent to the usefulness, i.e.\ the ``relevance'' of the science. This article unfortunately is pure advertisement.
