Generalizing ``conformally recurrent manifolds'' introduced by \textit{T. Adati} and \textit{T. Miyazawa} [Tensor 18, 348-354 (1967; Zbl 0152.39103)], the authors define and study ``quasi-conformally recurrent manifolds'' whose definition uses a tensor \(W\) introduced by \textit{K. Yano} and \textit{S. Sawaki} [J. Differ. Geom. 2, 161-184 (1968; Zbl 0167.19802)].
