Uniform stability of a coupled structural acoustic system with thermoelastic effects and weak structural damping (English)
0 references
The author considers a coupled structural acoustic system with thermoelastic effects and weak structural damping in a domain with boundary consisting of a flat part (modelled by a thermoelastic plate) and a convex part (the ``hard'' wall). The considered system is described by the wave equation coupled with the elastic equation for the displacement of the flat part of the boundary subject to thermal effects. Under some geometric assumptions on the boundary, a uniform stability result for the studied system is established.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0956.00042].
