Bäcklund transformations and Baxter's \(Q\)-operator (English)
0 references
This paper discribes the quantization of integrable systems, in particular the relationship under this quantization between the classical Bäcklund transformation and the \(Q\)-operator for quantum integrable systems. The paper is a survey and an overview, but gives a detailed application by doing the case of the Toda lattice step by step. I would consider this an excellent article for anyone interested in learning about quantization in the context of integrable systems. Several concepts are discussed including several versions of Baxter's equations and R-matrices.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0952.00031].
