\textit{I. B. Simonenko}'s results [see e.g. Izv. Akad. Nauk SSSR, Ser. Mat. 28, 277-306 (1964; Zbl 0136.06901)] on solvability in the Lebesgue-Smirnov classes of the \({\mathbb C}\)-linear conjugation problem with measurable coefficients are extended to the case when the boundary consists of a finite number of smooth arcs (in particular, has a finite number of cusps).
