A bound for the perturbations of invariant subspaces of a non-singular Hermitian matrix under relative perturbations of this matrix is derived. The bound is proportional to a parameter which determines the size of relative perturbations of the matrix. It is inversely proportional to some relative distance between the eigenvalues.
