In a Euclidean space \(E_{m+1}\) hypersurfaces with semiparallel Ricci tensor \(R_1\), satisfy the condition \(R(X,Y)\cdot R_1=0\). Using this condition, the author gives a local classification and a geometric description of them in \(E_{m+1}\).
