The generalized Legendre functions introduced by \textit{L. Kuipers} and \textit{B. Meulendbeld} [Proc. Konkl. Nederl. Akad. Wet., Proc., Ser. A 60, 436-450 (1957; Zbl 0079.09504)] are closely connected with Gauß's hypergeometric function \(_2F_1\). By means of well known integral representations of the latter integral formulas for the generalized Legendre functions are derived. It seems that the References 19-26 are hardly connected with the topic of the paper.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0958.00011].
