Pseudodifferential equations on manifolds with boundary: Fredholm property and asymptotic (English)

Systems of pseudodifferential equations with symbols from extended Hörmander classes on a manifold with smooth boundary are studied in anisotropic weighted Bessel potential spaces. A general Fredholm criterion is obtained by using factorization of the corresponding symbol. Asymptotic solutions are studied. Applications to crack problems in elasticity are indicated.
