Helical analogue of potential flow around the sphere (English)

The paper presents a solution of the problem of homogeneous helical flow around the sphere. The solution is obtained on the basis of generalized potential. This solution is reduced to the traditional potential solution when the helicity coefficient tends to zero. The effect of the helicity coefficient on the patterns of streamlines and pressure coefficient are analysed.
