This paper is devoted to characterize the behaviour of a two-dimensional semiflow on a manifold with boundary. For a non-start nonstationary boundary point \(x\) it is possible to describe quite precisely properties of the semiflow in a boundary neighborhood of \(x\), however the system need not behave in a unique way. The author also proves some properties of semiflows without start points, in particular that the boundary is weakly negatively invariant.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0958.00012].
