By exact controllability based on the Hilbert uniqueness method, the inverse problem arising from the title is transformed into an integral equation of the second kind (Fredholm integral equation). The inverse problem becomes equivalent to solving a Fredholm integral equation. Only theoretical results are given here. The study of the integral equation is announced in a forthcoming paper.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0958.00050].
