Nonlinear \(H_\infty\) control: A stochastic perspective (English)

This paper gives a review on recent developments of nonlinear \(H_\infty\) control, related to robust control for nonlinear systems. Introducing the background of a stochastic interpretation for \(H_\infty\) control, by its connections with differential games a risk-sensitive stochastic control and dissipative systems, the author mainly presents recent results in robust control from a stochastic perspective. From the information state approach to partially observed stochastic control, the results include (i) singular information states and stability and (ii) semigroups and generators.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0958.00050].
