The local densities of Hermitian forms over a local field where the characteristic of the residue field is odd are computed. The idea for such computation is the same as the computation of the local densities of quadratic forms, which is the author's joint work with Sato, by classifying Hermitian spaces under Iwahori subgroups instead of all integrable invertible matrices.
