The authors consider Borel and Julia directions of meromorphic algebroid functions of finite order. More precisely they prove: 1) Let \(f\) be a \(v\)-valued algebroidal meromorphic function with \(\limsup_{r\to\infty} T(r, f)/(\log r)^2= \infty\) then \(f\) has at least one Borel direction. 2) Let \(f\) be again a \(v\)-valued algebroidal meromorphic function with \(\limsup_{r\to\infty}\log T(r,f)/(\log\log r)> 2\). Then the Borel direction of \(1\), also is a Julia direction.
