In order to choose adequate difference schemes for two-dimensional problems of numerical simulation of flood of rivers, the authors study basic one-dimensional problems which reflect some two-dimensional peculiarities and study difference schemes for them. Difference schemes testing is carried out by comparison of approximate and exact solutions.
