On the model curvature of a shock wave in a pulsating flow (English)

Differential relations on a curvilinear shock wave are considered. When obtaining the curvature of a shock wave, instead of a real differential condition after the shock wave, a model condition is imposed eliminating the ``catching up perturbations'' effect. Comparative examples of calculations based on the accurate (two-dimensional equations of gas dynamics) and approximate models are presented.
