This paper is a direct continuation of [the authors, Publ. Math. Debrecen, 55, 477-498 (1999; Zbl 0921.53010)]. In the present paper the authors construct a Finsler space (namely, a Randers space) which is not Berwald, but the \(h\)-curvature tensor of the Berwald connection depends on the position alone.
